Monsoon Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order for a software product on our website or via sales, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and a link to access your software. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.

Digital Delivery

All software products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link or access credentials via email within a few minutes. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer support.

Refund Policy

Eligibility: We offer refunds on software products within 14 days of purchase, provided the software has not been downloaded or activated. Once a product has been downloaded or a license key has been activated, we cannot offer a refund.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at cs@monsooninc.com within 14 days of purchase. You will need to provide your order number and reason for the refund request. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank or credit card company.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your software order within 14 days of purchase, provided the software has not been downloaded or activated. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at cs@monsooninc.com as soon as possible.

Refund for Canceled Orders

If you cancel your order before the software has been downloaded or the license key activated, you will receive a full refund. Once the software has been accessed or activated, the order cannot be canceled.

License Transfers

If you wish to transfer your software license to another user, please contact us at billing@monsooninc.com to discuss the process. License transfers are subject to approval and may be subject to a processing fee.

Support and Maintenance

All software purchases include access to our support team for assistance with installation, troubleshooting, and usage questions. For ongoing support and updates, we recommend purchasing a support and maintenance plan.

Software Updates

If your purchase includes free updates, you will receive notifications about new versions and updates that can be downloaded from your account on our website.
